During processing, our experienced managers takes a fibre samples from every tearing line in every single hour. Each fibre sample is checked for correct fibre blend composition, fiber length and colour check. Hourly sampling is enables us to make the correct adjustments and necessary changes to maintain a quality in fibre.
For every production run, we retain a fibre sample to keep in the our test area. These samples are labeled with the information needed to track the specific customer,day and time. If any quality issues arise in the production, we can immediately check and locate the problem and the resolving any customer needs immediately.
